World Wide Imports has grown over the years to become one of New Zealand’s leading suppliers of imported and custom designed seasonal gifting products and our brands have become an important part of the NZ food retailer’s seasonal programme.
What was required?
WW Imports needed a website with Multi-levelled Client Access, Full control over Content and Functionality and a design that would portray the class and individuality of their company.
What was delivered?
We integrated their website into a Contegro© based Content Management System. With this powerful system, WW Imports were able to enjoy the full flexibility of Content Management, allowing them to:
- Create/Maintain Full Website Content, including a Product Catalogue
- Add Modules easily to their website, including: Contact Pages, Polls, and more
- Control Customer Logins with Multiple-Level Access for different Groups/Individual Users
- Have Clients Register with Approval Requests to WW Imports Staff

Everyone that has seen it has said ’WOW’ ’what an awesome website!’, and ’very jealous’, words like ’classy’, ’very professional’, ’very creative’, ’posh’, ’beautiful’, and ’oh dear, I really must do something about our website’ etc. Also a smaller point but nonetheless important, we’ve had exactly the same reaction to our new business cards which Toby helped us with and designed them to tie in with our website homepage. Everybody has again reacted the same way – ’WOW’, ’classy’, ’very professional’, ’very creative’, ’posh’, ’beautiful’, and ’oh dear, I really must do something about our business cards’…….so again I have got to tell you Tim, it’s been an overwhelming success.
It has done wonders for lifting our whole company image with both our existing suppliers and customers, and for those meeting us for the first time, it makes a huge statement for us and conveys a high degree of confidence that we are worth doing business with. We have secured a number of new international suppliers at the show in Germany and as exciting (even more so actually), we have picked up several new major international customers, so the fair for us was a resounding success and I found myself constantly showing people our website or referring people to it, as a tool to use when being asked ’who we were’ and ’what did we do’ etc.
Our major customers are very excited about the personalized interactive feature to our website. Having their own logon and being able to see the progress being made on their customized products, the ’work in progress’ as it were, is a real bonus and a very useful tool which they are most impressed about.
Tim, I can honestly say it has been worth every cent we have spent to get this magnificent website ’on-line’. It is fantastic.
